I have no idea whether or not Wiorkettle actually appears as a background character in Cloud City in The Empire Strikes Back, but I liked the looks of her on her Decipher Star Wars CCG card, so I decided to make her anyway. According to the card, Wiorkettle, a female Snivvian, works as a terraformer, transforming barren asteroids into habitable worlds along with her partner, the Lutrillian Treva Horme.
For my version of Wiorkettle, I used Saga Princess Leia (Imperial Captive) as a base, with a POTJ Zutton head. To make hands and arms like those in the reference picture, I used the arms from Episode I Padmé Naberrie, with a few sculted accents, and sculpted on the proper Snivvian hands. The outfit is hand-sewn from a light blue crêpe-like fabric. Both cape and skirt are removable; the skirt fastens in back with Velcro.
