Just a silly little “spare-parts” custom.
I put Padmé Naberrie’s torso, skirt, and arms onto POTF2
Ewok Celebration Leia’s legs and pelvis, painted the result in many
many layers of semi-gloss white (Testors Model master Acryl 4701) and
red (Tamiya XF-7) and caked semi-gloss white thickly on the sandals to
make them look at least sort of like tennis shoes. I removed the
hairpiece from the head of a Queen Amidala (Naboo), replaced it
with a Sculpey ponytail, and painted the hair blond with a mixture of
Dark Earth (Gunze Sangyo H72) and “Blue Angels” Gloss Yellow (Gunze
Sangyo H329). Finally I added the head to the body, plastic-cemented
the whole mess together at the seams, gave her a couple of red pom-poms
(yes I know they’re too large), and voilà!
